Check Out Policy

We provide you with clean stalls.  We require a stall cleaning deposit on each stall rented at the time of occupancy.  If you clean your stall prior to departure and we check it and find it clean then we will cheerfully refund your stall deposit in full. 

If we don’t check your stall prior to your departure, you will not receive a refund on your stall cleaning deposit.  If we check your stall and find it not satisfactorily clean, you will be given a chance to finish cleaning it and have it inspected again.  If it is clean at that time we will refund your deposit.  If it is not clean upon the second inspection you will forfeit your deposit.
